Learning Experiences Makes a Difference
Learning Experiences Makes a Difference
My career has been shaped by a single question: How can learning help people grow? That question first emerged through music, where I experienced the transformative power of voice and expression. It continued through years of teaching and educational leadership, where I discovered that learning is most meaningful when it inspires reflection and lasting change. My graduate studies in leadership further expanded this perspective, deepening my understanding of human development, adaptive leadership, and emotional intelligence. These experiences converge in Learning Experience Design, where I integrate learning science, leadership, and design to create meaningful learning experiences. Looking back, I don’t see four different careers—I see one continuous journey toward understanding how people learn, grow, and lead.
