I’ve always been curious about one question: How do people learn, grow, and become the best version of themselves? That curiosity has shaped every stage of my journey—from music and education to leadership research and learning experience design. Although these experiences may seem very different, they have all been part of one continuous journey toward understanding people and creating meaningful learning.

Along the way, I discovered that learning is not simply about acquiring knowledge. It is about building confidence, finding purpose, embracing change, and connecting with others. Every role I’ve taken has taught me something new, and every experience has influenced the way I design learning today. I believe the most meaningful learning experiences are grounded in research, inspired by empathy, and created with intention.

Sally Learning Studio is where these ideas come together. It is a place to share what I’m learning, explore new questions, and create experiences that help people learn, grow, and lead. Like every meaningful learning journey, this story is still being written.
